About the owner
Hi, my name is Mandy West, and I am the owner of Behind The Mission. I am QuickBooks Certified and QuickBooks Payroll Certified, with over 20 years of leadership and customer service experience and more than six years of experience supporting nonprofits and leading and managing large ministries.
My background includes bookkeeping, payroll, executive and administrative support, nonprofit operations, communications, ministry leadership, and event planning and coordination. Having worked closely within both nonprofit and ministry environments, I understand how much goes on behind the scenes and how quickly those responsibilities can add up.
I have a heart for serving organizations that are making a difference in the lives of others. I love coming alongside churches and nonprofits as a trusted virtual partner, providing dependable, organized, and personalized support that helps lighten the load for their teams.
